Julianna Hany, M.S.W., R.S.W.
Hi, I’m Julianna!
Your late teens and early twenties are a time of huge change. You’re figuring out who you are, what you want, and how to navigate the pressures of school, work, relationships, family, and the future. It can be exciting—but also overwhelming.
If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, burnt out, or unsure of yourself, I want you to know you don’t have to go through it alone. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s going on and explore new ways of coping, healing, and moving forward.
What We Can Work On Together
I support young adults facing challenges such as:
Anxiety, stress, and overthinking
Low confidence and self-esteem
Grief and loss
Relationship struggles and boundary setting
Life transitions (school, jobs, moving, independence)
Coping with big emotions and finding balance
My Approach
I’m a registered social worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Windsor. Over the past five years, I’ve supported young people in both community and private settings, and my focus is always on meeting you where you’re at.
I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). In practice, that means our sessions are collaborative, practical, and designed to give you tools you can actually use in your everyday life.
I also bring specialized training in grief and loss, along with extensive experience in crisis intervention and suicide prevention/life promotion. No matter what you’re carrying, I’m here to hold space for you and help you find your footing.
Ready to Start?
Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating—it’s about giving yourself a space to pause, reflect, and grow. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d love to walk alongside you as you build resilience, clarity, and confidence for the path ahead.

Bas Yalda, M.S.W., R.S.W.
Hello and welcome to my profile! I’m thrilled to welcome new clients. Beginning counselling—and choosing to put yourself first—can feel both courageous and vulnerable. It’s not always easy to take that first step, but it opens the door to hope, meaningful change, and a deeper connection with yourself. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as you move toward the future you want for yourself.
I have extensive experience supporting others with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, gender dysphoria, OCD, and relationship challenges. I understand how these experiences can impact your sense of self, your relationships, and your day-to-day life, and I strive to provide a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported at every stage of your journey.
My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, and grounded in non-judgmental, unbiased, and anti-oppressive care. I believe that each person brings their own strengths, stories, and lived experiences, and I tailor my work to meet you where you are—emotionally, culturally, and developmentally. Together, we will explore what’s working, what feels heavy, and what possibilities lie ahead.
My Approach
I hold a Master of Social work degree from Wayne State University and am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
I specialize in Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT) and have additional training in evidence-based modalities. This means I can integrate Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, and Attachment-Based therapy, among others, into practice. Additionally, I have received training in mental health first aid and suicide prevention programs.
Are you ready to connect?
Check out my availability on our booking page! We will work together to ensure you reach a safe, fulfilling, and liberating place. Please share your thoughts, feelings, and concepts with me! This space is dedicated to discussing you and your world. I am enthusiastic about connecting with you and commencing your unique journey.

Christina Hindi, M.S.W., R.S.W.
Hi, I’m Christina — I’m so glad you’re here.
Your late teens and twenties can be an exciting time—but also one filled with pressure, uncertainty, and big questions about who you are and where you’re headed. Maybe you’re balancing school or work, figuring out relationships, coping with stress or anxiety, or processing things from your past that still weigh you down. Wherever you are right now, you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
With over 13 years of experience as a Registered Social Worker, I’ve walked alongside many in navigating challenges. In our sessions, my goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable to share what’s really going on. Therapy with me is collaborative and interactive—we’ll explore challenges together, build tools you can use in daily life, and help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident.
My Approach
I work from an attachment-based and trauma-informed perspective, which means I focus on creating safety, trust, and connection first. Depending on your needs, I may integrate approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, and mindfulness-based strategies. Above all, I’ll meet you where you’re at and adapt our sessions to what feels most helpful for you.
Taking the Next Step
Reaching out for support can feel scary—but it’s also an incredible act of courage. Whether you’re here because you feel overwhelmed, want clarity, or just need a space that’s truly yours, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
