My Approach and Training
I am bilingual in French and English. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Windsor and am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
I have experience supporting youth navigating a range of mental health and life challenges, including anxiety, ADHD, trauma, identity and self-exploration, family transitions, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and digital dependency.
I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy, recognizing that each person’s experiences, strengths, needs, and goals are unique. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I draw from different therapeutic modalities and tailor my approach to what feels most appropriate and helpful for each client.
My practice incorporates elements of:
● Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
● Narrative Therapy
● Solution-Focused Therapy
● Motivational Interviewing
● Mindfulness Practices
● Trauma-Informed Care
● Strengths-Based Practice
● Anti-Oppressive Practice
Whenever you’re ready, I’m here. Check my availability and choose a time that works for you. I’d love the opportunity to support you.
